Welcome to EDWARDS INT. Group

EDWARDS has been established in Romania in 1994 as daughter company of the Swedish EDWARDS, one of the major Scandinavian foreign trade agencies, established in Göteborg in 1915.

During its start-up period, the company focussed exclusively on handling the production ordered in Romania by the Swedish company, on behalf of its international customers.

While continuing its initial activity and permanently being committed to the quality and efficiency requirements of the international standards, EDWARDS established in 1996 its first department focussed on the import of machinery and equipment for the Romanian industry and infrastructure.

Nowadays, EDWARDS operates as a holding structure consisting of six companies having different activities, the most important ones being briefly introduced on the following pages.
